Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the provided: Returns Form.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please make sure of the following:
- The item is unworn and undamaged.
- Your return is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- No personalised alterations have been made to your order.
- For bikini bottoms and swimsuits, ensure the hygiene label is intact.
Cancellations on orders can only be accepted within the initial 24 hours of placing your order.
We advise sending your parcels back to us with a tracked and signed delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns. Upon receiving your return, we aim to process exchanges within 14 working days.
For refunds processed back to the original payment method, a deduction of £1.99 will be applied as a handling fee from your final refund amount. However, for exchanges or returns for store credit, no additional fees will be applied.
Please note that return shipping fees are currently not covered by us and will need to be paid by you.
Currently, we do not offer refunds for our made-to-order (PRE-ORDER) items, as each piece is specifically handmade upon order placement. However, we do offer exchanges if the item doesn't fit or suit you, as long as there have been no personalised alteration requests made during purchase.
Before shipping, we carefully inspect all orders to ensure they are free from any damage or faults. However, if you happen to receive a damaged item, we will assess whether the damage occurred during transit or if it was caused by external force.
