At this time we do not provide refunds on our made to order pieces. This is due to everything being made and cut to order. We do however accept exchanges if your item does not fit or suit - providing there has been no personalised alteration requests when purchasing.
We can only accept cancellations on orders within the first 24 hours of placing your order due to the items being custom made.
If your item is handmade, and you are unhappy with an item / the fit we can offer you an exchange if:
1. Item has not been worn/damaged. Due to hygiene reasons swimwear/bodysuits and jewellery cannot be returned.
2. Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
3. There has been no personalised alterations custom to your order

page. Please include return/exchange and your order number, with a reason of return. Please allow 48hrs for a response back.
We recommend anything you returning your parcels to us tracked and signed, as we will not accept liability for any lost returns. We aim to process an exchange within 20 working days of receiving your return.
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to paid by you.
We analyse any orders before shipping to ensure no damage / faults. However if you receive an item which is damaged we will be checking if the item has been forcefully damaged.
